Two citizens' initiatives concerning Finland's NATO membership and a citizens' initiative to allow the use of anti-personnel mines were discussed in referral debate on Wednesday, 20 April. At the end of the debate, the citizens' initiatives were referred to the Foreign Affairs Committee.
