European Parliament reports

The European Parliament Research Service (EPRS) has published reports on the use of crisis legislation in different Member States during the coronavirus pandemic. The reports summarise the existing preparedness/crisis legislation of each country, reviews the measures taken on the basis of the crisis legislation and describe the possibilities of national parliaments to supervise the use of the crisis legislation.
