General criteria for accreditation
- the media that the journalist is representing must have existed for at least 6 months
- the media must have an editor-in-chief or other juristic person in charge
- the media must cover EU subjects (or other appropriate justification)
- the journalist must be assigned by the media to cover the conference
Security clearance
Media representatives with a valid annual accreditation to the EU institutions or to the Eduskunta are not required to undergo a security clearance for the accreditation.

Collection of accreditation badges and security checks
Accreditation badges must be collected in person at the conference venue on the day of the event.
You must wear your accreditation badge visibly at the venue at all times.
Please be prepared to present your identity card and undergo a security check on your arrival at the conference.
